HOTEL REGULATIONS
Właściciele „Gościńca u Bobaków” będza Państwu bardzo wdzięczni za współpracę w
Przestrzeganiu niejszego Regulaminu, który służyć ma zapewnieniu Państwu spokojnego
bezpiecznego pobytu w naszym obiekcie.
Hotel’s Menagement will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these Regulations,
which is to provide you with a peaceful and safe stay in our Residence.
1. PRZEDMIOT REGULAMINU
SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
Regulamin określa zasady świadczenia usług, odpowiedzialności oraz przebywania
na terenie „Gościńca u Bobaków” i jest integralną częścią umowy, do której zawarcia dochodzi
poprzez podpisanie karty meldunkowej, jak również poprzez dokonanie rezerwacji
i/lub zapłatę zaliczki lub całej należności za pobyt w„Gościńcu u Bobaków” Dokonując ww.
czynności, Gość potwierdza, iż zapoznał się i akceptuje warunki Regulaminu.
The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and residence in the
Residence and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a registration
card, as well as by making a reservation and / or payment of the advance payment or the entire
payment for staying in the Residence. Making the above activities, the Guest confirms that he has
read and accepts the terms of the Regulations
Regulamin obowiązuje wszystkie osoby przebywające na terenie „Gościńca u Bobaków”.
Wszystkie osoby przebywające na terenie „Gościńca u Bobaków” są ponadto
zobowiązane do zapoznania się i przestrzegania zapisów zamieszczonych w
Informatorze, dotyczących m.in. bezpieczeństwa pożarowego.
The Regulations apply to all persons staying in the Residence. All persons residing in the
Residence are also obliged to read and comply with the provisions contained in the Guide,
regarding fire safety.
Obiekt monitorowany
Zgodnie z art. 13 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia
2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016) zwanego dalej RODO
The hotel is monitored at all times
Zgodnie z ustawą z 9 listopada 1995 r. o ochronie zdrowia przed następstwami używania tytoniu
i wyrobów tytoniowych w art. 5 ust. 1 zabrania się palenia wyrobów tytoniowych, w tym palenia
nowatorskich wyrobów tytoniowych i palenia papierosów elektronicznych, w pomieszczeniach
„Gościńca u Bobaków”
Smoking is prohibited in the hotel
Zgodnie z ustawą z 9 listopada 1995 r.
Niniejszy Regulamin jest dostępny do wglądu w każdym domku czy apartamencie, a także
na stronie „Gościńca u Bobaków” www.gosciniecubobakow.pl
These Regulations are available for viewing at the Reception Desk, in every room, as well as at
the „Gościńca u Bobaków” www.gościniecuboakow.pl
„Gościńca u Bobaków” w rozumieniu niniejszego Regulaminu jest obiekt położony w
Poroninie, przy ul. Rafaczowki 16.
"Residence" within the meaning of these Regulations is an object located in Poronin, at
ul. Rafaczówki 16.
„Gościem” w rozumieniu niniejszego Regulaminu jest osoba zawierająca z „Gościńca u Bobaków”
umowę o świadczenie usług hotelowych.
"Guest" within the meaning of these Regulations is a person concluding a contract for
the
provision of hotel services with the „Gościniec u Bobaków”.
2. DOBA HOTELOWA
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Doba rozpoczyna się o godzinie 16:00 i trwa do godziny 10:00 dnia następnego.
The day starts at 4 pm and lasts until 10 am the next day.
3. MELDUNEK
CHECK IN REGULATIONS
Podstawą do zameldowania Gościa jest okazanie przez niego dokumentu
tożsamości z fotografią oraz podpisanie karty meldunkowej
The basis for the Guest's registration is showing the identity document with the photo at the
and signing the registration card.
Gość nie może przekazywać, podnajmować czy użyczać pokoju osobom trzecim
nawet, jeśli nie upłynął okres, za który uiścił należną za pobyt opłatę.
The guest can not transfer, sublease or rent a room to third parties even if the period for which he
paid the fee has not expired.
Osoby nie zameldowane w „Gościńcu u Bobaków” mogą przebywać gościnnie w pokoju od
godziny 7:00 do 22:00.
Persons not registered in the Residence can stay in the room from 7am to 10 pm.
„Gościniec u Bobaków” może odmówić przyjęcia Gościa, który podczas poprzedniego pobytu
rażąco naruszył Regulamin „Gościńca u Bobaków”, wyrządził szkodę w mieniu bądź wyrządził
szkodę innym Gościom, pracownikom „Gościńca u Bobaków” innym osobom przebywającym w
Gościńcu bądź też w inny sposób zakłócił pobyt Gości lub funkcjonowanie obiektu.
The „Gościniec u Bobaków” may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly
violated the
Regulations of the „Gościniec u Bobaków” , caused damage to property or caused damage to other
Guests,
Residence employees, other people staying in the Residence or otherwise disturbed the stay of
Guests or the operation of the Residence.
„Gościniec u Bobaków” zastrzega sobie prawo do dokonania przy zameldowaniu preautoryzacji
karty kredytowej lub złożenia depozytu gotówkowego w wysokości należności za
cały pobyt. W przypadku nie uregulowania rachunku, Rezydencja zastrzega sobie
prawo do obciążenia preautoryzowanej karty kredytowej.
The Residence reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card or provide a cash deposit at the
time of check in for the amount due for the entire stay. If the invoice is not paid, the Residence
reserves the right to charge the pre-authorized credit card.
W przypadku rezygnacji Gościa z pobytu w trakcie trwania doby, Rezydencja nie
zwraca opłaty za daną dobę hotelową.
In case of cancellation of the Guest during the day, the Residence does not pay the fee for the hotel
day.
Jeżeli Gość nie określił czasu pobytu w „Gościńcu u Bobaków” przy zawieraniu umowy,
przyjmuje się, że pokój został oddany na jedną dobę.
If the Guest did not specify the length of stay in the Residence when concluding the contract, it is
assumed that the room was given for one day.
Nie opuszczenie przez Gościa Domku/Apartamentu do godz. 10:00 jest traktowane jako
przedłużenie pobytu o kolejną dobę.
No room left by the guest until 10 am is treated as an extension of the stay for the next day
4. USŁUGI
SERVICES
Rezydencja świadczy usługi zgodnie ze swoją kategorią i standardem.
The residence provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
W przypadku zastrzeżeń dotyczących jakości usług Gość jest proszony o niezwłoczne
zgłaszanie zastrzeżeń do Kierownika lub Dyrektora Generalnego obiektu, co
umożliwi reakcję i poprawę standardu świadczonych usług.
In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately
inform the Manager or General Director which will enable employees to react and improve the
standard of services provided.
Rezydencja ma obowiązek zapewnić Gościom:
a). warunki do wypoczynku,
b). bezpieczeństwo pobytu, w tym bezpieczeństwo zachowania tajemnicy informacji o
Gościu,
c). profesjonalną i uprzejmą obsługę
d). sytuacjach nadzwyczajnych i koniecznych wykonywanie
niezbędnej naprawy sprzętu i urządzeń hotelowych w sposób niezakłócający
wypoczynku i pobytu Gościa
e). sprawną pod względem technicznym obsługę, a w przypadku wystąpienia usterek,
które nie będą mogły być usunięte niezwłocznie, Właściciele dołożą starań, by w
miarę możliwości zamienić pokój na inny jeśli w danym terminie będzie możliwość jego zamiany i
Gość wyrazi na to zgode.
The residence has to provide guests with:
a). conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
b). security of stay, including security of keeping secret information about the Guest,
c). professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided in the Residence,
d). cleaning the room, and in extraordinary and necessary situations, performing the necessary
repair of hotel equipment and facilities in a way that does not interfere with the rest and stay of the
Guest in the Residence,
e). technically efficient service, and in the event of defects that can not be removed immediately,
the Residence will endeavor to change the room to another one or otherwise mitigate the
inconvenience.
5. ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ GOŚCI
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Na terenie „Gościńca u Bobaków” dzieci w wieku poniżej 12 lat powinny znajdować się pod
stałym nadzorem opiekunów prawnych. Opiekunowie prawni ponosić będą
odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkie szkody przedmiotów wyposażenia i
urządzeń technicznych powstałe w wyniku działania dzieci.
In the „Gościńca u Bobaków” , children under the age of 12 should be under the constant
supervision of legal
guardians. Legal guardians will be financially liable for any damage to technical equipment and
devices resulting from children's actions.
Gość ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju
uszkodzenia, zniszczenia i zanieczyszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń
technicznych Rezydencji powstałe z winy gościa, odwiedzających go osób lub osób
odwiedzających te ostatnie. Rezydencja zastrzega sobie możliwość obciążenia
Gościa za wyrządzone szkody po jego wyjeździe. Kwota obciążenia
będzie zależna od kosztów, jakie musi ponieść Rezydencja, aby doprowadzić
zniszczone przedmioty do pierwotnego stanu.
The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for all kinds of damage, destruction and
contamination of equipment and technical devices. Residences created due to the fault of the
guest, people visiting him or people visiting the latter. The residence reserves the right to charge
the guest's credit card for any damage done after departure. The amount of the charge will
depend
on the costs that the Residency must incur to bring the damaged items to their original condition.
W przypadku naruszenia postanowień Regulaminu, Rezydencja może odmówić
świadczenia usług osobie, która je narusza. Osoba taka jest zobowiązana do
niezwłocznego zastosowania się do żądań Rezydencji, uregulowania należności za
dotychczasowe świadczenia, do zapłaty za ewentualne zniszczenia oraz do
opuszczenia „Gościńca u Bobaków”.
In the event of a breach of the provisions of the Regulations, the Residence may refuse to provide
services to a person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the
demands of the Residence, settle payments for existing benefits, pay for any damage and leave the
Residence.
Każdorazowo opuszczając pokój Gość powinien zamknąć drzwi i okna,
wyłączyć telewizor, zgasić światło, zamknąć krany instalacji wodociągowej,
sprawdzić zamknięcie drzwi.
Each time leaving the room, the Guest should close the doors and windows, turn the TV
off, turn off the lights, close the taps, check the door locks.
Nieuzasadnione użycie Ręcznego Ostrzegacza Pożarowego (ROP) skutkuje
naliczeniem kary pieniężnej w wysokości 500 zł oraz nałożeniem mandatu
przez Służby Ratownicze.
Unjustified use of the Manual Fireman (ROP) results in a fine of PLN 500 and the
imposition of a mandate by the Rescue Service.
6. ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ REZYDENCJI
RESIDENCE RESPONSIBILITY
Gość powinien zawiadomić Właścicieli o wystąpieniu szkody niezwłocznie
po jej stwierdzeniu, nie później niż w chwili wymeldowania z„Gościńca u Bobaków” lub
upływu okresu na jaki zarezerwował pokój.
The guest should notify the Reception about the occurrence of the damage immediately
after its detection, no later than at the time of check-out from the Residence or expiry of
the period for which he reserved the room.
Odpowiedzialność Rezydencji z tytuły naprawienia szkody w wypadku
utraty lub uszkodzenia rzeczy wniesionych do Rezydencji jest ograniczona –
na zasadach opisanych w art. 846-852 Kodeksu Cywilnego. Ograniczenia
zakresu obowiązku naprawienia szkody nie dotyczą w szczególności rzeczy
wartościowych złożonych do depozytu.
Responsibility of the Residence for repairing damage in the event of loss or damage to
property brought to the Residence is limited – on the principles described in art. 846-
852 of the Civil Code. The limitations of the scope of the obligation to repair the
damage do not concern, in particular, valuable items submitted to the deposit.
Rezydencja nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za uszkodzenie lub utratę
samochodu lub innego pojazdu należącego do Gościa, przedmiotów w nim
pozostawionych oraz żywych zwierząt niezależnie od tego czy pojazdy te
zostały zaparkowane w garażu czy na parkingu przy Rezydencji.
The Residence is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging
to the Guest, items left in it and live animals regardless of whether these vehicles were
parked in the garage or parking lot at the Residence.
7. ZWROT RZECZY POZOSTAWIONYCH
RETURN OF THINGS LEFT
Przedmioty osobistego użytku pozostawione przez wyjeżdżającego Gościa w
pokoju będą odesłane na wskazany przez Gościa adres na jego koszt.
Personal belongings left by a leaving guest in the room will be sent to the address
indicated by the Guest at his cost.
W przypadku nie otrzymania od Gościa dyspozycji
Odesłania pozostawionych rzeczy, Rezydencja przechowa te przedmioty
przez okres jednego miesiaca liczonych od dnia ich znalezienia przez personel „Gościńca u Bobaków”
i lub inną osobę, a po upływie tego okresu przedmioty te przejdą
na własność Rezydencji. Ze względu na swoje właściwości artykuły
spożywcze przechowywane nie będą.
If the Guest does not receive the instruction to send back the items left, the Residence
will store these items for a period of three months counted from the day of finding them
by the Residence staff or another person, and after that period they will become the
property of the Residence. Due to their properties, food will be not.
8. CISZA NOCNA
NIGHT SILENCE
„Gościńca u Bobaków” obowiązuje cisza nocna od godziny 22:00 do godziny 6:00 dnia
następnego.
The Residence is subject to night-time silence from 10 pm to 6 am the next day.
9. POSTANOWIENIA DODATKOWE
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Za dodatkową opłatą Rezydencja akceptuje małe psy lub koty (do 20 kg), jednakże
właściciel zwierzęcia zobowiązany jest do prowadzenia go na uwięzi na terenie
Rezydencji oraz do usuwania wszelkich nieczystości pozostawionych przez zwierzę.
Do Rezydencji nie wolno wprowadzać psów agresywnych, a w szczególności psów
następujących ras: rottweiler, pitt buli terier, bulterier, japanase Tomas, Dogo
Argentino, fila brazilliero, staffordshire buli terier, amerykański staffordshire terier
oraz innych zwierząt mogących stworzyć zagrożenie dla życia lub zdrowia ludzkiego.
For an additional fee, the Residence accepts small dogs or cats (up to 20 kg), however, the
owner of the animal is obliged to keep it tethered in the Residence and to remove all impurities left
by the animal. Do not enter aggressive dogs, especially dogs of the following breeds: rottweiler,
pitt buli terrier, bull terrier, japanase Tomas, Dogo Argentino, fila brazilliero, staffordshire buli
terrier, american staffordshire terrier and other animals that may pose a threat to human life or
health.
Hotel zobowiązany jest zapewnić wymianę bielizny pościelowej na życzenie gościa
lecz nie częściej niż co trzecią dobę oraz ręczników na życzenie gościa, lecz nie
częściej niż raz na dobę. Wymiana bielizny pościelowej i ręczników odbywa się przez przekazanie do
Domku/Apartamentu czystych pościli i odebraniu pościli brudnej.
The hotel is obliged to provide the exchange of bedlinen no more often than every third day and
towels at every request but not more than once a day. Exchange of bedlinen and towels takes place
in the absence of the hotel guest, and in his presence only at the express request of the hotel guest.
The hotel guest at the time of check-in has the right to reserve that the hotel does not exchange
bed linen and towels during his stay at the hotel.
W Rezydencji i jego bezpośrednim otoczeniu obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia
tytoniu, poza wyznaczonymi miejscami, przeznaczonymi do tego celu. Nie
stosowanie się do tych zaleceń będzie równoznaczne z pokryciem ewentualnych
kosztów ozonowania – 500 PLN.
In the Residence and its immediate surroundings, smoking is strictly forbidden, except for
designated places designated for this purpose. Failure to follow these recommendations will be
equivalent to covering the costs of ozone – 500 PLN.
Ze względu na bezpieczeństwo przeciwpożarowe zabronione jest używanie w
pokojach grzałek, żelazek elektrycznych, i innych podobnych urządzeń, które nie
stanowią wyposażenia pokoju.
For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use in the rooms heaters, electric irons, and other
similar devices that do not constitute room equipment.
W pokojach nie można przechowywać ładunków niebezpiecznych, broni, amunicji,
materiałów łatwopalnych, wybuchowych ani iluminacyjnych.
In rooms, you can not store dangerous goods, weapons, ammunition, inflammable, explosive or
illumination materials.
for the needs necessary to fulfill the Guest's stay in the Residence, the Guest's use of
other services
provided by the Residences. The guest has the right to inspect their personal data and correct
them. I am forbidden to carry out the acquisition and sale of the objections as well as gambling
activities in the Residence.
Gość nie będzie powodować, a Rezydencja nie będzie pozwalała na powodowanie
nadmiernego hałasu na terenie Rezydencji, wydostawanie się nieprzyjemnych
zapachów z pokoju, ani inny sposób przeszkadzał, szkodził, czy irytował pozostałych
Gości Rezydencji.
The Guest will not cause, and the Residence will not allow excessive noise in the Residence,
unpleasant odors from the room, or otherwise interfere with, harm or annoy the other Guests of
the Residence.
Poza nieznacznym przestawieniem mebli i wyposażenia nienaruszającym ich
funkcjonalności i bezpieczeństwa korzystania, Gościom nie wolno dokonywać
jakichkolwiek zmian w pokojach i ich wyposażeniu.
Apart from a slight adjustment of furniture and equipment that does not impair their functionality
and safety of use, guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms and their equipment.
